ong777 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", or "you") and ong777 ("ong777", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the ong777 website located at ong777.vu and all associated services, including but not limited to the online casino, sportsbook, poker rooms, and slots lobby (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Each individual may hold only one (1) ong777 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

All financial transactions on the ong777 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank online transfers. ong777 does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits.

Deposits are credited to your ong777 account balance following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ong777 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ong777 reserves the right to require full KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times depend on the selected method and may vary. ong777 will not process withdrawals to payment methods not registered to the account holder's verified identity.

ong777 operates anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures. Any transaction that triggers AML review may be delayed pending investigation. Where ong777 reasonably suspects that a transaction involves proceeds of unlawful activity, it will suspend the relevant account and report the matter to the appropriate authority without prior notice to the member.

ong777 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods. These terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of the agreement between ong777 and the member in respect of that bonus.

Bonuses are credited to the bonus wallet and are not available for immediate withdrawal. Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before any portion may be transferred to the withdrawable balance. ong777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Any member found to be abusing the bonus system — including through collusion, use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of promotional terms — will have all bonus funds forfeited and may have their account suspended or permanently closed.

All bets and wagers placed on the ong777 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market. These rules are published within each game or sportsbook section and must be read in conjunction with these Terms.

ong777 reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed:

• Due to a palpable error in odds or game parameters;
• Where the outcome was known to the member at the time of placement;
• Where the bet was placed in breach of these Terms or applicable game rules;
• Due to technical malfunction that materially affected the integrity of the game.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the server-side game log maintained by ong777 shall be the authoritative record. Live casino game outcomes as recorded in the game provider's server logs shall be final in cases where a dispute arises from a streaming delay or visual discrepancy on the member's end.

Members must not engage in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the ong777 Platform:

• Cheating, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity;
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage;
• Arbitrage betting or exploitation of pricing errors with the intent to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome;
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether in the member's own name or using false identities;
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any illegal financial activity;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the integrity or operation of the Platform or affects the experience of other members;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions or security measures.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances including withdrawable funds where permitted by applicable law, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Unauthorised use of ong777 intellectual property constitutes infringement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ong777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

ong777's total aggregate liability to any member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ong777 does not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by law.

The ong777 Platform is provided "as is" and ong777 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific games.

You may close your ong777 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Prior to closure, any outstanding withdrawal requests must be completed and any active bonus terms must be assessed in accordance with the applicable promotion terms.

ong777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a member has breached these Terms; (b) ong777 is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority; (c) ong777 determines that continued operation of the account poses an unacceptable risk from a compliance, fraud, or responsible gaming perspective; or (d) the member requests self-exclusion.

Upon termination for cause, ong777 may withhold funds pending investigation. Where a member's account is closed due to suspected fraud or Terms violation, ong777 reserves the right to forfeit any balance in the account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under ong777's international gaming authority licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in the member's country of residence.

Nothing in this clause prevents ong777 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction where ong777 reasonably determines that its interests or the integrity of the Platform are at immediate risk.

ong777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, ong777 will provide reasonable notice to members by posting an updated version on the Platform with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the amendment.
